The La Mesa/Foothills Democratic Club has been awarded 2008 Club of the Year by the San Diego County Democratic Party’s Council of Clubs. The award was given during the Feb. 16 monthly meeting. Plan to join us for the Annual Roosevelt Dinner on April 12th where our Club will be honored. The award reflects our active and vibrant membership, congratulations!

Our children and their children are counting on us to leave them a country in better shape than we found it. We have a lot of work to do to meet that expectation. Through the GO-Team, we are doing this one voter at a time. We can be instrumental in electing representatives that believe in a living wage, affordable healthcare, and a quality education, while preserving Social Security, natural resuorces and our civil rights as well as our Constitution and Bill of Rights.
